DIANA CHAN’S BLACK PEPPER NOODLES
Diana Chan has created this dish to transport you right to the streets of Malaysia. We use a rich and full-flavoured pepper, curry leaf and dried chilli sauce tossed with rich hokkien noodles, your choice of protein and premium vegetables.
MATT’S SINCLAIR’S HOISIN DUCK NOODLES
Matt Sinclair’s sweet and savoury combination is true street-style decadence with our rich hoisin soy sauce tossed with flat rice noodles, high-quality duck from Luv-a-duck, bok choy, broccoli and beansprouts.

Unfortunately, our sauce bases contain animal products and cannot be made vegan, however as an alternative, you can enjoy our broad range of Vegan options available on our menu so you can still enjoy the Asian street flavour!
