Order P’Nut online

How Do I Order Food Online?

You can order all of our delicious food through our website by clicking on the Order Now button in the top right menu bar.

By ordering online you are able to customise your dish to your preference by adding or removing ingredients. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact your local restaurant.

What if there’s an issue with my online order?

If you ordered via a third-party aggregator such as UberEats, Menulog, or Deliveroo please contact their support directly as we are unfortunately not able to handle refunds on these platforms.

If you have ordered via our order online system on our website and have an issue with your order please fill out our contact form and our customer care team will be in contact within 24 hours. If urgent, please call the relevant store.

My promo code is not working. What do I do?

Double check the terms and conditions of the offer you received to make sure that the code has not expired, and that you fulfill all the criteria to use the code. If the code still is not working, please contact our customer care team and they will be in contact within 24 hours.

Can I order ahead to skip the queue?

Yes you can! If you order via our website you have the option to choose what time you want your food to be picked-up or delivered.

How can I pay online?

When you order online you have the option to pay with your debit or credit card, or with Apple Pay.

Can I change my order after I submit it?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed it’s sent to our kitchen to begin preparation. We are unable to accept modifications or cancel the order. If you want to add to the order, please place an additional separate order.

Do you deliver?

Yes we do! We deliver all of our food after it has been freshly wok’d to order directly to your door. Orders over $55 are delivered for free!

Do you charge a delivery fee?

While charge a delivery fee on all order below $55, our online prices are significantly cheaper than what you would find on third party apps. Plus, all orders above $55 are delivered for free!

How long will it take for my food to arrive?

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. This can take less than 5 minutes if you’re visiting us in store, but delivery times may vary during peak periods. Our noodles are cooked fresh to order, using only the highest ingredients and waiting times can reflect this.

You can always check with your local restaurant how long it will take to deliver.

Where can I leave feedback?

If you, for any reason, feel that your order was not up to your expectations – please fill out our contact form and our customer care team will be in contact within 24 hours. If urgent, please call the relevant store.

Dietary

Do you offer vegetarian and vegan dishes?

P’Nut offers vegetarian and vegan options for those who don’t eat meat, seafood or poultry. You can enjoy our popular dishes with fresh vegetables or tofu as a vegetarian option. Simply click the vegan option under star ingredient. Satay Noodles, Singapore Street Noodles, Satay

Sauce with Rice, Mongolian with Rice, and our Mongolian No-Noods Stir Fry are perfect for vegetarians and vegans who avoid oyster sauce, fish sauce or shrimp paste. Our Penang Satay and Singapore Noodles are vegan when you opt to have the egg from the dish removed.

We are working on bringing you more vegan options, just like our new spring rolls, our new steamed dumplings and tofu puffs with satay sauce are 100% vegan! Please enquire with your local restaurant to see what other vegans dishes we have!

Do you offer gluten free options?

At P’Nut we have many gluten-free options. You can pick from the Pad Thai, Laksa Soup, Satay sauce with Jasmine Rice, Tofu Puffs with Satay Sauce and Satay Vermicelli Noodles.

Our Penang Satay Noodles are also gluten-free when made with rice-based noodles or Jasmine Rice. Customers with severe allergies or celiac disease can request steamed vegetables with rice as our kitchens contain gluten products and therefore cannot guarantee no traces of gluten.

Are you halal?

Yes! All our meat is halal certified. However, some of our dishes contain cooking wine which contains a small amount of alcohol –inquire with your local restaurant if you want to avoid cooking wine.

Can you cater to my dietary requirements?

Food Allergy Notice: Our meals are prepared in a kitchen environment that contains nuts and gluten. We use best practices when preparing our meals, however, inadvertent cross-contamination may occur. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

We can cater to most dietary requirements as we offer the option to customise our food via our order online platform. With each dish you can remove items that you may be allergic to. If you have any questions regarding dietary options you can call your local restaurant and chat about what options are available to you.

Do you have nut free options?

You can view our menu to see our selection of nut free options. Many of our dishes can also be made nut free by requesting to have nuts removed from the dish. Inquire with your local restaurant what options are available to you.

Do you add preservatives or MSG in your food?

At P’Nut we believe in letting our ingredients shine and therefore we don’t add any MSG or preservatives to our food.

All of our food is made with our signature sauces which we created in partnership with Michelin Star Iron Chef, Chumpol Jangprai – which is why our it tastes so great!

Which cards do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and AMEX) at all locations.

Do you offer gift cards?

We are currently not offering gift cards as an option, however keep an eye out as we will be providing them in the near future.

Do you accept cash?

Yes, we have at least one register for accepting cash, but all P’Nut restaurant’s accept all major credit cards.

Are your restaurants licensed or is it BYO?

Yes, all of our restaurants are licensed except our restaurant in Sydney Olympic Park. We believe that drinking a cold Tiger or Singha beer is part of the authentic Southeast Asian street food experience that people come to us for. Please enquire with your local restaurant beforehand to be sure that it is licensed.

We are BYO, but wine only. We take great pride in supplying the best cold beers from regions across Asia.

Are children welcome?

Absolutely! We are a family friendly restaurant and even offer a kids menu to cater to the tiny tastebuds. All our Little Woks meals come with a free drink, so bring your little ones and get them their own bowl of noodles to slurp on!

Are you pet friendly?

At P’Nut we love our furry friends, but being a restaurant we can only let them join in on the fun in our outside seating areas.
