Fundraising and sponsoring local and national charities
World’s Greatest Shave
Last year we embraced the razor and joined forces with World’s Greatest Shave, a charity event raising funds to fight blood cancer. Not only did we raise close to $1,500 but we had many members of the P’Nut family who shaved or coloured their hair in solidarity of the event and cause.
Stewart House
During Christmas last year, we met with Murray O’Donnell, COO of Stewart House, a local charity to the Northern Beaches area. Stewart House helps roughly 1,700 children each year that come and stay at the house for a 12 day program. That is why it was an easy decision for us to donate the much-needed $5,000 to the charity on 21st December 2018, shortly after opening doors to P’Nut Dee Why. It was our way of showing our commitment to helping the local community that welcomed us.

Giving Back Home
Our support doesn’t just give back locally, but we also sponsor a beloved charity back in Thailand, because that is where our roots are. For many years P’Nut has been sponsoring Hands Across Water, a Thai charity whose main purpose is to improve the lives of underprivileged children in Thailand. The organisation believes in raising funds through creating meaningful shared experiences. Our CEO, Ankur Sehgal, did exactly that when he joined other like-minded people biking across 800km of Thailand, raising over $15,000 for the cause. We try to raise funds for Hands Across Water every chance we get, that is why during our new menu launch party, we had Love Island’s Eden Dally take part in a charity auction, raising $600 from his efforts and an additional $400 were raised from auctioned items, totaling $1,000 for the launch event. To date P’Nut has donated a total of $50,000 to Hand Across Water and we continue to contribute to that number each year.
